So far a very interesting program on my Surface Pro. Works great with the Microsoft pen! Only complaint so far is the lack of a paint brush! Makes it impossible to lightly blend colors together. I found this in the Microsoft store. Happy with the experience so far. Think I'll color for a few!

Microsoft Edge vs Google Chrome So as of today it has been 10 days since I decided to fully make the switch from Chrome to Edge. The results are in and I have to say that I am impressed with Edge but don't see any real advantages to keeping the switch. It has some nice features but so does Chrome. One of the sites I use daily is not supported in Edge. I am talking about Google Allo. Allo is a texting function that connects your PC to your phone so that you can text on your computer. I have yet to find a Microsoft solution for that. I believe that I will most likely be switching back to Chrome. I gave Edge a full 10 day fair shake but just can't seem to convince myself to make the switch. As of today it's back to Chrome!

So does anyone wonder how I feel after being unplugged from Chrome? Probably not......LOL 😂 Well I have been taking notes and so far only 1 downside. The app that I use to text on my Surface is Google's incredible texting app called Allo. Apparently Edge does not support that so I am being forced to open a Chrome window for texting and using Edge for everything else. The bookmarks imported from Chrome were perfect. Had to re enter passwords for all my online playgrounds only once. Thank god I am good at remembering passwords! All in all first impressions??? I have adjusted but still prefer Google over Bing for searching.

Onyx Studio 4 I have been using this speaker for months now. I am really impressed with the quality of the sound mixed with some very punchy bass even at low volumes. Dual channel BT support rocks! You may say it's too big to be portable but I beg to differ! I drag this sucker everywhere with me. It's one of my favorite pieces of my Surface Pro setup. BT to the speaker for truly world class sound! Way to hit a homerun Harman but some of you may not like the price tag! Happy customer!

Upper Falls Old Man's Cave Ash Cave Hocking Hills We had an amazing couple of days in our favorite part of Ohio. We stayed with our good friends Jim and Sharon in our own little cottage for a couple of days. Best kept secret in Hocking for lodging is Enchanted Acres. Google it and you can find it! Home now after 2 days and relaxing while I look at over 400 photos that me and Melissa took the last couple of days. It was my most memorable trip to Hocking that I have ever had and I've been going there for over 25 years. Life has truly blessed us lately! 6 predictions for 2018 Some light reading for all you nerds like me out there. I may have just become a Surface Pro junkie! I am rocking a 2 year old Surface Pro 3 and it is rocking and rolling for me. I would love to bust out a couple grand and get a Surface someday. Dreams people, that's what that is, a dream!
