3 Days In


So does anyone wonder how I feel after being unplugged from Chrome? Probably not......LOL 😂 Well I have been taking notes and so far only 1 downside. The app that I use to text on my Surface is Google's incredible texting app called Allo. Apparently Edge does not support that so I am being forced to open a Chrome window for texting and using Edge for everything else. The bookmarks imported from Chrome were perfect. Had to re enter passwords for all my online playgrounds only once. Thank god I am good at remembering passwords! All in all first impressions??? I have adjusted but still prefer Google over Bing for searching.

Candlewood Birds of May

These are the selected birds of May in Candlewood at my parent's house. They just bought a new house in a lovely retirement community and I went out there to take pictures for the day. I was surprised at how many lovely birds were out that day. Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Sparrows and so much more showed their face that day. I was fortunate enough to get some good pictures of them and was able to publish them online. My girlfriend bought me an amazing camera for my birthday and I have been taking advantage of it. Will coffee get me through? I think so! Here is to another great photo shoot and I love all of you!

My Streamsmart

If you want to watch everything that TV has to offer and you don't want to watch it on a schedule set by your cable provider then I recommend a streaming device. When I say a streaming device I am referring to a streamsmart pro. With everything that cable, netflix, hulu, PPV, sports packages, in theater movies, every tv show ever made with every season, then I recommend this streaming device. I have been playing with this the last 6 months and I still can't find something that is not on there. I am quite a tech geek and this is the best piece of technology that I have bought in the last 10 years! It is so great that I ended up buying 2 of them since I was transferring it every night from the living room to the bedroom. I no longer need cable and get to watch what I want when I want. The other great thing is that every sporting event going on is televised on this thing. No worry about local blackouts on this box, its televised. I have to give 2 huge thumbs up to this amazing dev...

2018 Predictions

6 predictions for 2018 Some light reading for all you nerds like me out there. I may have just become a Surface Pro junkie! I am rocking a 2 year old Surface Pro 3 and it is rocking and rolling for me. I would love to bust out a couple grand and get a Surface someday. Dreams people, that's what that is, a dream!
