I recently decided to start hitting up the Xbox again after my laptop miserably failed to play the games that I wanted to play, not less bought one of them. I dusted off the Xbox and realized that my Gold subscription was out of date and I wanted to play PUB G. Melissa bought me a month of Xbox live and I dropped the cash for the game. Down side....... The game would not play because my Xbox was not letting it know that I had Gold now. I got frustrated and went to bed thinking that no problem I would work on it when I got home from work. I came home that night on a mission and soon came up blank. My Xbox would not recognize my Gold subscription and couldn't play PUB G again. I called Microsoft! After a 20 minute hold I talked to someone who in about 2 minutes had my Xbox back and in the new. PUB G got good use and I was a happy customer. Thank you Microsoft for providing good customer service and making me a happy customer.
